It is currently the plum flood season, with frequent occurrences of heavy rainfall, short-term torrential rain, and severe convective weather. The Shuanglong Scenic Tourism Area in Jinhua is mainly characterized by mountains, forests, caves, and valleys. On rainy days, it is highly likely to cause safety hazards such as slippery roads, falling rocks, and surging water levels. To ensure the personal safety of all visitors, the following safety precautions for traveling during the flood season are hereby reminded of all visitors. Please be aware and consciously follow them.
1. Assess and prepare in advance

During the tour, it is recommended to wear non-slip sports shoes. Sandals, slippers, or high heels are not recommended for entering caves or hiking. The stone steps and roads are very slippery when exposed to water;

3.Plan your itinerary reasonably and arrange transportation carefully
The scenic area has dense mountain roads with dense curves and steep slopes. On rainy days, drivers entering the mountains should slow down, maintain a safe distance from the vehicle ahead, and proactively avoid flooded sections.

It is recommended to prioritize sightseeing in the morning, avoid the peak of strong convective weather in the afternoon, and reasonably simplify your itinerary without overloading.

2. Safety Instructions for Zoned Visits
1.Karst Cave Touring Area (Shuanglong Cave, Binghu Cave, Taoyuan Cave, etc.)
The ground and stone steps inside the cave are damp year-round, and the risk of slippery weather increases significantly when it rains. Be sure to hold onto handrails firmly and strictly follow the rules when walking“Walk without enjoying the scenery, and enjoy the scenery without walking”In principle, chasing and playing inside the cave are prohibited;
When entering the cave or going up and down stairs on a sleeping boat, follow staff instructions and pass in an orderly manner, avoiding crowding and rushing;

During the plum flood season, water levels rise rapidly and currents are swift. All water areas in the area are strictly prohibited from swimming, camping, or fishing, and climbing over safety warning barriers is prohibited to approach the water surface.
After rain, the riverbed and rocks are slippery. Please do not linger by the lake or stream to take photos or linger, to avoid falling into the water.
If you hear abnormal rumbling in the valley or notice the stream suddenly becoming muddy and surging, immediately move to higher ground to be alert for flash floods.

3. Key points for avoiding extreme weather risks
1.Avoid danger during thunderstorms
In case of thunder and lightning, quickly move indoors or inside sturdy buildings to take cover;
It is forbidden to take shelter under large trees, billboards, or utility poles, and do not walk in open areas holding metal objects;

2.Landslides and falling rocks are in effect
