The city moat running around the old city of Jinan

　　The city moat tour ranges 6.9 km, linking the four spring groups in Jinan, namely the Black Tiger Spring Group, Baotu Spring Group, Five-Dragon Pool Spring Group and The Pearl Spring Group. Along the way visitors can view many famous scenic areas (spots) and representative landscapes in Jinan, such as the majestic and impressive Liberation Pavilion, the Black Tiger Spring which gushes past the rock and makes a sound reminiscent of the roar of a tiger, Quancheng Square, the huge living room of Jinan, Baotu Spring, the "Number One Spring under the Heaven", the Five-Dragon Pool Park where scenery changes with your steps, Daming Lake, the pearl of Jinan city, the river wetlands in the east city moat, the old hydropower station, the spring bath and so on. The unique spring tour described as "a strip of water linking numerous sites" is the only spring tour landscape belt in China. The scenery on both sides of the city moat is picturesque and attractive. So, visitors can admire the waters and hills within the city walls, and enjoy the forests and springs in a bustling city.
