Mount Tai ：Self-driving tour routes

• Coming to Taishan via the expressway:

1. Tai'an East - Hongmen: If you choose to exit at Tai'an East, cross a stretch of Tailai Expressway to Xiaojing Roundabout, go straight along Yingxuan Avenue westward to the Wenquan Road intersection, then north along Wenquan Road to the Daizong Street intersection, then west along Daizong Street to the Hongmen Road intersection, and continue north along Hongmen Road to reach the Hongmen parking lot. You can park your beloved car here and hike the mountain on foot.

Tai'an East - Tianwai Village: If you choose to exit at Tai'an East Exit, cross a section of Tailai Expressway to Xiaojing Roundabout, go straight along Yingxuan Avenue westward to Wenquan Road intersection, then north along Wenquan Road to Daizong Street intersection, then west along Daizong Street to Hongmen Road intersection, and continue north along Hongmen Road to reach Hongmen Parking Lot. After reaching the north end of Hongmen Road, head west along Huanshan Road straight to reach Tianwai Village parking lot. You can park your car here and take our sightseeing bus up the mountain.

Tai'an East - Taohuayu: If you choose to exit at Tai'an East, cross a section of Tailai Expressway to Xiaojing Roundabout, go straight along Yingxuan Avenue heading west, then continue west on Great Wall Road. You'll see signs for Taohuayu Scenic Area heading north. Follow the signs and head north.

2. Tai'an West - Tianwai Village: If you choose to exit at Tai'an West, go east along Taishan Avenue to Yingsheng South Road, then turn right north along Yingsheng South Road to Longtan Road intersection, then head north along Longtan Road to Longtan Road Square.

Tai'an West - Hongmen: If you choose to exit at Tai'an West, go east along Taishan Avenue to Yingsheng South Road, then turn right north along Yingsheng South Road to Longtan Road intersection, then head north along Longtan Road to Tianwai Village Square. After reaching Tianwai Village Square, head east along Huanshan Road to reach Hongmen Parking Lot.

Tai'an West - Taohuayu: If you choose to exit at Tai'an West, head east along Taishan Street to Dahe Road Interchange, go north on Dahe Road to Great Wall Road, then continue west along Great Wall Road to see signs for Taohuayu heading north. Follow the signs.

3. Tai'an South - Hongmen: If you choose to exit at Tai'an South exit, you can go east along Great Wall Road to Dongyue Avenue and continue east to the Wangshan Hotel intersection, then north along Yingsheng South Road to Yingsheng East Road, east along Yingsheng East Road to Longtan Road intersection, north along Longtan Road to Tianwai Village Square, then walk Huanshan Road east to Hongmen Parking Lot.

Tai'an South - Tianwai Village: If you choose to exit at Tai'an South exit, you can go east along Great Wall Road to Dongyue Avenue and continue east to the Wangshan Hotel intersection, then north along Yingsheng South Road to Yingsheng East Road, east along Yingsheng East Road to Longtan Road intersection, and north along Longtan Road to Tianwai Village Square.

Tai'an South - Taohuayu: If you choose to exit at Tai'an South exit, head east along Great Wall Road and you'll see the signs for Taohuayu Scenic Area on the north side. Just follow the signs.

• If you choose to take the Great Wall Road to Mount Tai:

Red Gate: Follow Great Wall Road, go east to Tai'an Sports Center, go straight to the intersection with Wangshan Hotel, then north along Yingsheng South Road to Yingsheng East Road, east along Yingsheng East Road to Longtan Road intersection, continue north along Longtan Road to Tianwai Village Square, then turn right onto Huanshan Road, and east to Hongmen.

Tianwai Village: Walk along Great Wall Road, go straight east to Tai'an Sports Center to the intersection with Wangshan Hotel, then north along Yingsheng South Road to Yingsheng East Road, east along Yingsheng East Road to Longtan Road intersection, and north along Longtan Road to Tianwai Village Square.

Taohuayu: Follow Great Wall Road, head west from Tai'an Sports Center to see the Taishan Taohuayu Scenic Area sign on the north side. Follow the signs and head north.
